XTEC LLC is a CNC precision manufacturing company based in Charlotte, North Carolina, established in 2023. As a subsidiary of MS XTEC GmbH, an internationally recognized German manufacturer with over 60 years of experience, headquartered in Germany, the Charlotte facility specializes in producing high-quality and high-tolerance components for various industries, including heavy duty engines, medical, defense, agriculture, and racing.

We are specialized in CNC milling and turning of technically sophisticated products and components using different materials as aluminum, steel, castings, and forgings

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for all sales activities of our existing customer base as well as for new customers.  In this role main tasks will be identifying, developing, and generating new business opportunities with potential clients.

Tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Preparing quotations in close cooperation with the relevant departments (engineering and costing).
  • Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and proposals to prospective and existing customers.
  • Maintain and expand customer base by building and strengthening rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities in the USA.
  • Project management: Coordination and monitoring of business development projects.
  • Reporting and monitoring: Preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Attendance at trade fairs and industry events, as an exhibitor and visitor.
  • Active involvement in the development of our US location with regard to sales topics.

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

  • BS/MS, in engineering, business or experience in related field.
  • 5+ years in B2B sales or business development role.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to industrial customers at executive level.
  • Familiarity with the industrial markets.
  • Engineering affinity combined with a hands-on mentality with a focus on sales.
  • Global player, willing to travel, strong passion for sales and team spirit in international teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
